The main feature that differentiates this option from the others is the ice and water dispenser in the door. It also has a full-width chef's pantry drawer that you can use to store deli trays.
The AFD2535AES Amana French door refrigerator is around $1,900 and comes with a stainless steel finish. It has an internal water dispenser, a PUR water filter, and an ice maker. The bottom freezer drawer provides lots of freezer storage.

For around $1,700 you can get the AFD2535DEB (black) or AFD2535DEW (white) French door refrigerator from Amana. This refrigerator is the same as that mentioned above, just with a different finish. Not having the stainless steel finish saves you about $200, just as with the first option for Amana refrigerators. Those who don't care about having a water dispenser can save a little money and get the stainless steel AFF2534FES for $1,600, or the black AFF2534FEB or white AFF2534FEW for $1,400. You still get the pull out freezer drawer on the bottom, as well as the factory installed ice maker. As you can see, the Amana French Door Refrigerator models vary in price depending on the finish that you would like, as well as whether or not you want an external or internal water dispenser (or none at all). Unfortunately none of these options are Energy Star rated, so they are not as efficient as some of the other Amana refrigerators that you can purchase.
